-544 voted yes (52.8%) to accept the tentative agreement

-487 voted no (47.2%) to reject the tentative agreement

This salary schedule is from 1994-1995. At that time, we still had family health benefits. Following the district's logic that our step increases are enough and should not be adjusted for inflation, anyone teaching 26 years or more with a masters degree would be making $53,000 a year minus $9,452 in health benefits, approximately 8% in STRS, and taxes. Once again, the district's logic fails.
