The CVE Bargaining Team has the duty to represent and bargain on behalf of the bargaining unit. The team is responsible for conducting all bargaining-related activities of the Association.
The Bargaining Team, under the direction of the Executive Board and through the support of Area Directors, shall solicit input from members through listening tours and surveys in order to determine the content of campaign goals and proposed contract demands.
The CVE Bargaining Team is empowered to reach tentative agreements with the district, subject to ratification by the active membership.
