CVE Safety Checklist- The Organizing Committee created a CVE Safety Checklist to ensure that our Safety MOU continues to be followed.
Site reps will download the checklist from the organizing section of our CVE website and email the completed form to [email protected] every 2 weeks.
If a Site Rep is not on campus, then a Building Action Team (BAT) leader will support with the checklist. All members are also welcome to fill out the form at any time or directly report any safety concerns to [email protected].
